5. Meeting chaired by Kamruz Zaman.
6. Meeting began with proposal to enter all three teams that drew their games in the previous round of the Cup so that there will be eight teams in the next round. This would also avoid having to promote another best loser after the next round. The proposal was put to a vote but was defeated with a majority of 12.
7. The cup draw for the third round of the cup was done as below. There will be one best loser to go through to the fourth round. BYM's appeal against their forfeit in the last round against Shadwell is still pending with the LFA therefore both teams shall be entered until either the appeal is complete or the Cup date is due.
Shadwell / BYM v BYM Bromley 'B' v Vallance Mohammadan v Bromley
8. All clubs were reminded to pay their pitch hire fees as soon as possible. The original deadline given was 09/01/2006.
9. Teams were informed that Middlesex FA are trying to devise a new insurance policy in partnership with a high street insurance company for leagues as opposed to individual clubs. The benefits of the scheme are that leagues can take out the policy on behalf of all participating clubs at a much reduced cost. More details will be announced later in the year.
10. All clubs were reminded that there is an automatic relegation for the bottom two clubs from each division. Re-entry into the league is not automatic and depends on applications from new teams.
