Meeting chaired by Kamruz Zaman.

All members in attendance were presented the option of
playing postponed fixtures during Ramadan. Due to the number of postponements
and the tight schedule towards the end of the season, the only other
alternative is to play double bankers. The offer was unanimously rejected.
7.
All teams were reminded that league officials may
randomly visit games and ask to inspect player id cards. Any teams failing to
produce them will be fined and may forfeit the game.
8.
The cup draw for the first round of the cup was done.
For the first time all twenty teams will compete in the first round. The draw
was as follows,
