5.      Meeting chaired by Kamruz Zaman.

6.     Clarification was requested for the adoption of the increase in deposit for new teams at the SGM. Although it was clear that it should apply to all new clubs joining the league, some clubs were still unclear as to exactly who else this applied to. This was clarified and a vote was cast on the increase to additionally apply to all teams changing their names. The motion was passed by a majority of 15 to 1. Increase shall be returned after the first year provided no unpaid balance remains.

7.    Fixtures were announced minus the pitch allocations. These to be confirmed as and when the bookings are completed. The season will start on 4 September 2005.

8.     The deadline for all clubs to submit their LFA numbers was given as 31 July 2005 to allow at least one month for the league to be sanctioned as per the LFA requirement.

9.      Player registration deadline was announced as 7 August 2005. The extra time is to allow the new registration secretary to familiarise with the procedures.

10.  It was announced that pitch fees will be collected during the Christmas break. The fee will be an estimate in line with the 2004-05 season and any differences will be collected or returned at the end of the season.

11.  A point was raised about non club members taking up committee positions. There is no rule in the league constitution either for or against this. The point currently affects one committee member and may affect another depending on who makes it through the playoffs. A general show of hands was taken to keep the committee member that is affected but the general question still remains unresolved. This to be resolved at the next SGM or AGM.
