Chair Kamruz Zaman
General Secretary Kobir Chowdhury
Treasurer Akmol Khan
Fixtures Secretary Mahbub Ali
Fines & Results Secretary Colin Reeves
Referees Secretary Abdul Hakim
Players Registration Secretary Jakir Ahmed
Press & Publicity Secretary Afazul Hoque

Each of the positions were accepted by all present with no objections.

7.   Kamruz Zaman (Chair) then outlined strict communication procedures. All communications from now on will be primarily via email and the League web site. As such, all clubs are to provide at least one email address for a member of their club that is actively involved in the club management and to regularly visit the web site for any updates. Communication via phone will only be on emergency occasions. It is the clubs responsibility to inform the League of any changes in these details.

8.  Deposit for new clubs joining the league or those clubs completely changing their management will be increased from 30.00 to 150.00. This is to avoid fines spiralling out of control for inexperienced clubs/managers.

9.  Jakir Ahmed mentioned the possibility of using pitches at Newham for home games for teams from outside the Borough. The Committee agreed to investigate it further.

10. Shanur Kamali expressed objections to big fixtures on small pitches and the use of pitches with no changing rooms in general. It was pointed out that the choice of venues was given to all the teams at the start of the season and Hackney Marshes was rejected in favour of Victoria Park. However, clubs are free to use their own home ground wherever it is most suitable for them.
