The Chair, Mamun Rahman made
introductions and presented the accounts in the absence of a full time
Treasurer.
6.
Each of the Committee members presented their report
for the past season.
7.
Mamun listed the team positions vacant as a result of
clubs being relegated and withdrawing from the League. The number of vacant
positions is 3. The number of new applications received was 6 (including the
two that were relegated). Five of these were called for an interview and four
were finally selected to participate in a play-off for the three vacant slots.
The selected teams were Abbey FC, Clichy FC, Newham
Youth Link and Riverside FC. Date and venue for the play-off to be determined.
8.
Samiul Ahmed (Fixtures
Secretary) expressed concern at the lack of turn out and general support from
the clubs.
9.
The Committee then resigned and Samiul
Ahmed was elected to be the Election Commissioner for the new board.

11.
The
positions for the post of Chair, Fixtures Secretary, Fines & Results
Secretary, Treasurer, Disciplinary and Appeals boards could not be filled.
12.
After
a lengthy discussion it was agreed that a Special General Meeting be called in
a fort nights time on 19 June 2005, SNC Office at 7pm. It was also agreed that
each and every club shall nominate a person from their club to be available to
accept a nomination for the remaining vacant Committee positions as well as be
available to sit in the Disciplinary and Appeals boards as and when required.
