Agenda

 

Player Registration

 

  • Limit is 30 – extra players may be registered at an additional cost of £10 per player

  • Lost cards can be replaced at a cost of £5 each

  • Forms need to be complete and photos need to have names with them

 

Fixtures / Deposits

 

  • Still no changing rooms in Victoria Park

  • Sharing changing rooms is a problem for teams – committee to look into

  • £500 pitch fee – £250 to be paid by 6th January, 2004 and the other £250 to be paid by 1 February, 2004

 

Discipline, Results & Fines

 

  • Bookings need to be paid within 21 days

  • Fines are outstanding for a lot of teams

  • Player fines – if not paid, player suspended

  • Team fines – if not team suspended

  • Kobir to collect fines whilst Collin is oh holiday

  • All team fines to be paid within two weeks

  • All player fines to be paid by Wednesday

  • Results communication is getting better

  • Discipline – Stepney will fines, Berner no representative

 

Referees

  • Don’t have regular referees at present – need to look into

  • Need to check match cards before game commences

  • Referee’s marks need to be written in match cards – if the mark is below three, write in to Referee’s Secretary

Quarter final draw is as follows (date will be posted on the web site):

Mohammadan v Shadwell

 

Any other business

  • Games in hand will be posted on the web site

  • Teams would like to know how the league is spending it’s funds

  • Teams would like to avoid double bankers

  • £50 to be charged for teams not turning up to games
